Home Robot

The idea came from a friend, who also introduced me to the first supplier. By then I already had the tea shop — an offline business — and I wanted something with an online side running in parallel. Home robots — vacuums, window-cleaning robots — fit: a clear product, growing demand, and a niche almost nobody in Orenburg was covering at the time.

We started as co-founders, the two of us. Built a website, set up contextual advertising, and began with retail through a showroom in the city. Next came a Moscow trade show, a retail point in Moscow and our own warehouse there, with city deliveries. That is how a dealer network across Russia took shape.
